Adrian is a Technical Writer at Elite Agri Solutions’ Grants Department, beginning a new chapter in agriculture and bringing over 30 years of leadership, technical expertise, and customer service experience.

Adrian spent 24 years as an automotive technician and business professional, including 8 years as Service Manager at a Chrysler dealership. During that time, he developed strong skills in team leadership, problem-solving, and operations management. Having lived and worked in a small rural community for 38 years, Adrian values hard work, honesty, and building lasting relationships. He is excited to apply his experience and strong work ethic to the agriculture industry.

Outside of work, Adrian enjoys relaxing at home with his wife of 28 years, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
