Janiek is the safety guru of Elite. In her past life she started her health and safety career in small manufacturing facility. She then fell in love with the field and expanded into construction and retail settings. In 2016 Janiek stated her own health and safety consulting business. Her business expanded from Sarnia to Perth County. In 2021 Janiek sold her business to Elite and started working as a consultant with us ever since! On the side of her consulting life, Janiek also runs a farm and drainage company with her husband and her two small girls.
