Meet Our Team

Theresa is our dedicated Nutrient Management Consultant at Elite.

Having grown up on a hog and cash crop farm, her passion for agriculture led her to the University of Guelph, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture. Her diverse experience within the agri-food sector has fueled her commitment to working alongside farmers and provides valuable support throughout the grant-writing process.

Additionally, Theresa holds an Agricultural Operation Strategy or Plan Development (AOSPD) certification and is responsible for developing nutrient management strategies and plans.

Outside of work, she can often be found lending a hand on the farm.
