Meet Our Team

Tristan’s journey in agriculture began on his family farm, where he developed a deep passion for the industry. After obtaining a Bachelor of Bio-Resource Management from the University of Guelph in 2012, he worked as a research assistant at the Western Applied Research Corporation, conducting field trials, research projects, and field demonstrations at the AAFC Scott Research Farm in Saskatchewan. He then joined CNH Industrial as a Product Validation Test Engineer and spent three years specializing in fertilizer application equipment.

Today, Tristan is the co-owner of Elite Agri Solutions, as well as the lead environmental consultant, nutrient management expert, and NASM planner at Elite Agri Solutions, bringing over a decade of expertise to the team. Alongside his consulting work, helps run his family farm, where he now focuses on growing forage and cash crops, combining his passion for agriculture with his professional knowledge.
