Tristan started out in agriculture working on his family farm, and quickly fell in love with the industry.
He obtained a Bachelor of Bio-Resource Management from the University of Guelph in 2012, later working as a research assistant for the Western Applied Research Corporation completing small plot field research trials, research projects and field demonstrations at the AAFC Scott Research Farm in Saskatchewan. He then worked for CNH Industrial as a Product Validation Test Engineer. Tristan also spent 3 years working with fertilizer application equipment.
